A new Digital Analyst role has become available at one of London's leading Banks. The Digital Analyst will play a key role in the Bank, analysing customer's feedback on the Bank's Digital Platforms, such as apps, websites etc.
This opportunity focuses on improving customer experience on the Bank's Digital Platforms by analysing customer feedback and presenting findings to management.
Currently customers provide feedback through social media platforms, such as Twitter and Facebook. The Digital Analyst will be required to take this feedback, analyse and present it.
About the Digital Analyst:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience (2/3 years) within E-Commerce/ Digital environments
- Analysis background
- Good PowerPoint skills with the confidence to present in front of senior management
