What you'll do:

As a Structured Rates Product Control professional, your role will be pivotal in understanding, substantiating, and controlling the daily trading balance sheet and income statement. You will analyse daily trading activities, explain and report the trading divisions' profits and losses while ensuring that the Finance governance framework is maintained. Your responsibilities will also include supporting the execution of regular independent price verification to verify the values of positions held by the trading desks. Furthermore, you will review new products and transactions ensuring full compliance with governance requirements.

• Understanding, substantiating and controlling the daily trading balance sheet and income statement
• Analysing daily trading activities
• Explaining and reporting the trading divisions' profits and losses
• Supporting the execution of regular independent price verification to verify the values of positions held by the trading desks
• Reviewing new products and transactions ensuring full compliance with governance requirements
• Taking ownership of month-end processes including valuation controls, balance sheet substantiation and reporting to senior trading and finance management
