Looking for a junior loan closing candidate to join a top-tier Investment Bank for an initial 6 month contract! * 5 days in office * Relevant degree necessary * Experience from a loan closing, loan admin, loan agency background, OR, trade support (reconciliations, settlement, payments) across debt, bonds, equities.

What you'll do:

As a Loan Closing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless execution of intricate financial transactions from inception through settlement. Your day-to-day activities will involve close coordination with internal teams as well as external parties to ensure all aspects of each deal are handled efficiently.

• Support the closing and settlement process for complex, time-sensitive financial transactions by ensuring all documentation and requirements are meticulously managed.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of a wide array of products and bespoke transactions, allowing you to provide valuable insights throughout each deal cycle.
• Propose thoughtful operational solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy during transaction execution and closing phases.
• Engage regularly with senior stakeholders across various departments, effectively communicating priorities and updates to ensure alignment on key deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues both locally and internationally, fostering strong inter-team relationships that drive successful outcomes for clients.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy by reviewing transaction details, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues promptly to minimise risk.
• Utilise your LMA Loan Closing expertise to navigate complex agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies at every stage.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements by sharing feedback and participating in knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
• Prepare clear presentations and reports for management review, summarising transaction progress and highlighting any areas requiring attention or escalation.
