Loans Agency/Closing

Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Loan Agency Specialist to join their dynamic team in London. Primary point of contact for syndicated loans, and part of a wider EMEA agency platform. * Minimum 3 years Loans Agency experience and LoanIQ * Proven ability to read and interpret credit agreements

• Review facility documentation to ensure compliance with policy and latest LMA/LSTA wording
• Collaborate with originating business and legal counsel to negotiate successful outcomes
• On-board new deals ensuring all documentation is received timely and accurately reflected in Loan IQ
• Manage deal closing process including funds flow
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to manage processes such as amendments, waivers, and consents
• Investigate ad hoc issues and queries to a successful resolution
• Oversee day-to-day run activities like drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, fees, margin adjustments, covenants, secondary transfers, ancillaries, SBLCs, Withholding Tax etc.
