FUND ADMINISTRATION, ASSISTANT MANAGER
Salary: £60-65k
Location: St. Helier, Jersey
Hybrid: 3 days in office (plus flexible working hours)
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Fund Administration Assistant Manager to join a highly respected financial services provider based in Jersey. What you'll do:

Plan and allocate workloads, supervise progress, and review administration deliverables

Perform quality checks on administration outputs before they are shared with investors, third parties, or passed to the client for final review

Maintain professional communication with lawyers, auditors, and other key business partners

Identify issues affecting statutory records, escalate appropriately, and support with resolution

Prepare and present management information for key operational activities

Manage performance reviews and support the professional development of team members
What you bring:

CGI qualified (or equivalent) with 4+ years’ relevant experience

Proven supervisory/line management experience, ideally already operating at Assistant Manager level or similar

Strong relationship builder, focused on delivering effective client solutions

Comfortable managing complexity, able to distil large amounts of information and resolve issues efficiently

Confident delegator, providing clear expectations and accountability

Collaborative team player, working closely with others to achieve shared goals
