Client Services Specialist

What you'll do:
- Coordinate incoming client requests that are not directly handled by Sales, ensuring each query is resolved promptly and accurately while maintaining high standards of service.
- Assist with compiling and distributing monthly newsletters and estimates, taking ownership of several client reports which require self-sufficiency and close collaboration with internal teams to collate and analyse data requests.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the Transfer Agent when required, supporting account openings, subscriptions, and redemptions by ensuring all documentation is complete and fund procedures are followed meticulously.
- Support the accurate booking and reconciliation of client holdings within the organisation’s CRM system, maintaining precise records for audit and reporting purposes.
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of client issues, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of subscription and redemption processes as well as fund dealing procedures to provide expert guidance to clients.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes by identifying areas for enhancement and sharing feedback with management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements at all stages of client interaction, safeguarding both client interests and organisational integrity.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights on client needs, trends in asset management, and best practices for delivering exceptional service.
- Provide support during onboarding processes for new clients, acting as a central point of contact to facilitate smooth transitions into the organisation’s funds.
