Senior Operations Business Analyst

Our client, JP Morgan Chase, a global leader in financial services, is seeking an exceptional Financial Operations Analyst to join their dynamic team in London.

What you'll do:

As a Financial Operations Analyst at JP Morgan Chase, you will be part of a growing operations team. Your role will involve collaborating with various Operations teams and processes to identify client needs and provide valued, efficient service. You will coordinate reporting for key stakeholders across ICB while driving process improvement and supporting the wider business with new products/initiatives. You will also lead on identifying opportunities where there can be further alignment between various areas of our growing operations.

• Define, implement, and maintain operational excellence across the operations teams
• Act as subject matter expert for best in class digital business policy, processes, products and solutions
• Work collaboratively with relevant teams to continuously improve operational and business performance
• Partner with Operations teams to define requirements for analytics and generate MI/reporting
• Champion colleague culture, lead by example, and provide feedback and recognition at every opportunity
• Work with large sets of data to drive business insights that guide business actions or result in improved business outcomes
• Drive innovation efforts across Nutmeg; focusing on efficiency, automation and improving client experience

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Financial Operations Analyst role at JP Morgan Chase is someone who has excellent communication skills, both written and oral. You should have a good technical skillset with the ability to work with large and complex data sets. Being commercially minded and outcome-oriented is crucial for this role. A strong understanding of operational risk and controls monitoring and framework is required. Being digitally savvy across different medians would be beneficial.
