Commercial Loan Servicing Representative

Looking for a Loan Servicing Representative to support the Commercial Mortgage Back Security (CMBS) product. This role will be heavily involved in the project, from requirements gathering to UAT testing, as you will be part of the team supporting the booking of the product offering post go-live.

Our client is expanding their product offering in EMEA, and they are looking for a Loan Servicing Representative to support the Commercial Mortgage Back Security (CMBS) product on their London & Dublin platforms. This role will be heavily involved in the project, from requirements gathering to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), as you will be part of the team supporting the booking of the product offering post go-live.

What you'll do:

• Represent Loan Operations on all project calls/workstreams related to the CBMS project
• Act as the main Loan Operations point of contact for all relevant stakeholders
• Work with stakeholders to ensure requirements are accurately documented and tracked
• Participate in system regression & UAT for CMBS roll-out
• Assist with documenting any tactical manual workarounds
• Work with Operations management to complete procedure & process flow build documentation, and deliver training to impacted team members

What you bring:

• Experience with Commercial Mortgage Back Security (CMBS) product from a lending standpoint
• Strong academic background
• Business Analyst experience (JIRA, Kanban, Process flow documentation etc.)
• Understanding of building tightly controlled processes ensuring Operational risk is always considered
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload
• Strong oral, presentation and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical nature with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to build relationships internally and externally & operate in a large, multicultural organisation
