Operations Client Integration Analyst (Eq, Synth Eq)

Our client, a leading global investment banking, securities and investment management firm, is seeking a Client Integration Analyst for their Global Banking & Markets Division. The successful candidate will be part of a team that supports the onboarding of new Equities clients globally, focusing on efficiency, good client experience and front to back straight through processing. MUST HAVES: University Degree, experience with the execution of client set up and post trade set up

What you'll do:

• Coordinate the onboarding configuration of new clients trading Equity cash and synthetics
• Work directly with clients to understand their pre and post execution preferences (looking at client allocation, confirmations, and settlement of trades)
• Liaise with multiple teams globally across operations, technology and business
• Monitor the client’s pilot trade activity to ensure front to back straight through processing
• Help support the new business and clients
• Apply strong technical skills in order to find innovative solutions to problems within a continuously changing environment

What you bring:

• Previous experience of equities (cash or synthetic) products in a middle office, onboarding or client service-related environment
• High degree of professionalism and integrity
• Understanding of the equities prime and franchise business
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Organised with keen attention to detail
