Operations - CLO

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated professional to join a dynamic team specialising in alternative credit strategies. The successful candidate will be entrusted with significant responsibilities and will oversee various aspects of the CLO lifecycle. * Opportunity to work directly with Head of CLO Operations * Extensive exposure to the full CLO cycle

What you'll do:

• Manage operational processes for both CLO warehouses and CLOs.
• Maintain, monitor and reconcile accurate reports to capture trading, cash, positions and portfolio compliance.
• Monitor CLO portfolio metrics and deliver updates to PMs.
• Review and facilitate loan trading/settlement processes and funding requests.
• Enhance processes.
• Ad hoc queries from PM.
• Coordinate with external accounting and administration vendors.
• Experience of working with risk retention vehicles/funds.
• Understanding of valuations.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in CLO/loan operations and administration.
• Strong communication skills combined with understanding of credit products, loan structures and credit agreements.
• Detail-oriented.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative.
• Thrive in a flat team-based environment.
