FX Sales Support

Looking for: * Strong understanding of FX Trading and Sales operations * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for administrative tasks * Ability to proactively identify operational risks and control deficiencies * Experience in setting up new client accounts and maintaining client spread agreements

What you'll do:

• Provide primary front office support to senior salespeople
• Manage booking of client deposits trades and liaise with deposit desk over rates and month-end issues
• Monitor overnight orders in MOBS and ensure all filled orders are correctly booked
• Set up new client accounts and monitor the process
• Liaise with support teams regularly to clear trade discrepancies
• Upload all RFS trades requiring manual intervention via trade capture
• Maintain client spread agreements and monthly trade reports
• Ensure adequate credit is available for transactions by liaising with credit risk officers
• Assist with ad hoc project work for FX Trading and Sales in relation to technology build and regulatory adherence
