Synthetics Risk Middle Office Ops Associate

Our client is seeking a Synthetics Risk Middle Office Operations Associate to join their dynamic and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate for the Synthetics Risk Middle Office Operations Associate role brings 1-2 years' experience working in a Trade Processing team supporting an Equities business. You have a solid understanding of a range of Equity Derivative products, Cash Securities, and Listed Derivatives.

What you will do:

  • Provide front to back post-execution support to all equities based swap derivative activity in Europe
  • Ensure hedge positions are booked and maintained correctly in our risk systems
  • Act as first point of contact for the various Equities Trading desks
  • Assist in the execution & lifecycle of new hedging activity, both internally and externally
  • Identify efficiency opportunities with respect to process flow methodology
  • Decompose complex regulatory and operational process requirement, and propose creative, robust solutions
