The ideal candidate for this Investment Book of Record (IBOR) Subject Matter Expert (SME) role brings experience in complex projects for IBOR initiatives. * You will assess, review delivery options, support feasibility analyses, and manage potential risks to help reduce costs. * Understanding of middle office / fund operations data flows that underpin the generation of an IBOR

You will:

  • Assess and enhance current understanding of an IBOR, including requirements and potential capabilities.
  • Review options for delivering against these requirements, considering both internal and external resources.
  • Support feasibility analysis against these options.
  • Gain a strong understanding of the current Data flow within the organisation.
  • Identify potential risks in contract terms with any potential 3rd party providers and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Help management to reduce costs through strategic negotiation, rationalisation, and other cost-saving initiatives.
  • Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise with suppliers in a timely and effective manner.
