Our client is seeking a highly organised and technically skilled Wealth Administration Specialist to join their team in London. This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied workload, demonstrate your advanced knowledge of Excel,VBA, Python, and other applications, and utilise your excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Pensions (ISAs/SIP/GIA) knowledge preferred.

What you'll do:

As a Wealth Administration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing various tasks related to wealth management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Knowledge of Pensions (ISAs/SIP/GIA) knowledge.
  • Reconcile client cash and stock positions and investigate discrepancies.
  • Ensure client positions are correct and fully reconciled.
  • Monitor trade settlements and ensure best execution has been achieved.
  • Update manual prices and perform weekly reconciliations.
  • Retrieve and update monthly Bloomberg indices.
  • Monitor corporate actions and keep line manager informed of issues encountered.
  • Liaise with custodians, fund administrators and other external relationships.
  • Provide ad-hoc support and project work as required.
