An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Wealth Operations Associate in London. This role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic and growing wealth management firm, where you will be responsible for data entry and maintenance of investment management systems. With a competitive salary of £50,000, this position is ideal for someone with 2-5 years of operations experience within wealth management.

What you'll do:
As a Wealth Operations Associate, your primary responsibility will be maintaining and entering data into the firm's investment management systems. You will also be tasked with completing assigned controls, resolving issues promptly, and working on trade order reconciliation. Your role will involve generating periodic client reports, administering corporate actions, and onboarding new custodians. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
* Maintain and enter data into the firm's investment management systems
* Complete assigned controls and resolve issues in a timely manner
* Work on trade order reconciliation and ensure timely trade confirmations and settlements
* Generate periodic client reports and contractual reporting to third parties
* Administer corporate actions and process election decisions
* Onboard new custodians and third parties as required
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Wealth Operations Associate role will bring a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Operations or a similar position within wealth management or investment management. A relevant degree in Economics, Finance, Maths or a similar field is essential. You should have strong knowledge of wealth/asset management industry practices and UK regulations. Excellent analytical skills, report writing abilities, proficiency in MS Office Suite; Excel, Word and PowerPoint are key to succeed in this role. The ability to multi-task and work under pressure is crucial.
