The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end bordereaux validation, payment, and mapping process for claims, premium, and risk bordereaux. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.
What you'll do:
As a Delegated Authority Bordereaux Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the end-to-end bordereaux validation, payment, and mapping process. You will be responsible for ensuring that all activities align with internal values while adhering to all internal and external procedures and regulations. Your role will involve working closely with our service partner to deliver market-leading levels of service through streamlined processes, innovation, and effective use of data.
- Oversee the processing of risk, premium and claims bordereaux into BDX for lead and follow binders.
- Manage systems and processes to monitor and measure service provision.
- Act as key contact and escalation point for any bordereaux related queries.
- Work collaboratively with service partners to ensure all potential breaches are raised and resolved.
- Manage performance reporting including designing, developing and implementing tailor-made reporting solutions for the business.
- Monitor data quality via dashboards and liaise with the service partner to ensure issues are identified and resolved.
