What you bring:
- Degree level education
- Two to five years’ experience in relevant roles in UCITS/ETP fund operations, fund accounting, trade support or asset management
- IT literate, specifically in python, Microsoft Office and Bloomberg
- Familiarity with the dealing process of daily dealing /Index funds / ETFs
- Good understanding of operational risk and practical experience of process improvements
- Knowledge of international custody issues preferred
- Experience across multiple asset classes (equities, commodities, fixed income, FX) desirable
What you'll do:
As an ETF Operations Associate, your role will be integral to the smooth running of our client's operations. You will be responsible for maintaining tools for reviewing key operations information related to the ETF platform, conducting various periodic calculations and reviews, running regular BAU processes, responding to queries, building relationships across internal and external counterparties, analysing and improving regular BAU processes, assisting with the maintenance of all operational infrastructure and data quality, managing all documentation for product launches, documenting all core workflows and maintaining the operational knowledge base. Your ability to improve operational efficiency by reviewing and automating processes will be crucial.
- Maintain tools for reviewing key operations information related to the ETF platform
- Conduct various periodic calculations and reviews such as tracking difference, dividend distributions for ETFs
- Run all regular BAU processes, resolve all issues and escalate errors and breaches promptly
- Respond to queries, both internal and external under supervision and maintain FAQ
- Build relationships across internal and external counterparties
- Analyse and improve regular BAU processes
- Assist with the maintenance of all operational infrastructure and data quality.
- Manage all documentation for product launches
- Document all core workflows and maintain the operational knowledge base.
- Improve operational efficiency by reviewing and automating processes
