An excellent Opportunity is available with a leading investment management stockbroking business based in Birmingham City centre for an Operations Assistant on a permanent basis. This business operate an agile working pattern with three office days and two remote days per week.
You will work across various teams in live service including reconciliations and settlements within live service and undertake the activities assigned within the operations department.
Key Responsibilities include:
The Operations Assistant will have experience of having worked within an operations back office environment within a financial institution ideally with some client accounts, payments, settlements exposure. You will have good system skills with particular knowledge of Microsoft Excel and have knowledge or awareness of tax.
