An excellent opportunity is available with a financial services institution in Birmingham. The organisation are looking to hire an Operations Assistant on a permanent, full time basis. Reporting into the operations manager, this is a key role in the team.

Key responsibilities:

• Undertake the activities and tasks assigned within the Operations Department.
• Own, manage and mitigate the risks within your function, generated by the activities under your responsibility and those that report to you (where applicable).
• Maintaining and executing effective internal controls; implement and apply effective controls to manage risk.
• Ensure procedures and documentation produced for own areas of responsibility are complete, current and written in accordance with EFGIUK standards.

This role would suit someone who has experience in a similar role or has a genuine interest in the investment and asset management sector.
