An excellent opportunity is available with a most respected Financial Services business to be based in Gloucester for an Operations Contact Manager to join a team responsible for business support functions such as change, property and procurement and payments.
The Operations Contact Manager will join Collections and Recoveries and be responsible for managing contact activity ranging from leading projects to deliver contact channels to overseeing the day to day running of contact activity within the operations across Collections and Recoveries. You will monitor the effectiveness of strategies and operational KPI's and be able to provide insight to performance trends that can deliver impact; engaging with internal stakeholders to ensure contact strategies are compliant and controlled under a strong risk framework. This role will support all products across retail and commercial collections and recoveries, both secured and unsecured.
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong influencing skills
- Stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and present data trends
- Ability to understand the full Collections and Recoveries customer journey
The Operations Contact Manager have knowledge of outbound dialler management and strategy development, have experience of KPI/MI reporting, development and maintenance and will have the ability to ensure collections contact methods are compliant and controlled.
