Our client, AXA Partners, is seeking a Business Change Manager to play a pivotal role in their ongoing operational improvement programme. This role offers the opportunity to work within a transversal business unit that provides a wide range of solutions in assistance services, travel insurance and credit protection. The successful candidate will be at the heart of driving increased operational and commercial value from the UK and Ireland business operations. With a generous salary range of £350pd - £500pd and based in Redhill, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced operations expert who can drive continuous improvement, navigate complex relationships and balance different business demands.

What you'll do:

As a Business Change Manager, you will be central to realising the benefits of AXA Partners’ ongoing operational improvement programme. You will work closely with the Operations Leadership and wider operations colleagues to identify and implement more effective ways of working in UK and Ireland Operations. Your focus will include maximising opportunities through existing Salesforce and digital solutions, customer service process reengineering and driving change through continuous improvement. This role involves collaboration with many business functions in the UK and Ireland to enable the delivery of key outcomes, lead initiatives and achieve lasting behavioural and process change.



Identify, document and continuously refine working Operations processes to optimise efficiency
Use data to identify patterns and anomalies in KPIs to target performance improvement interventions
Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders
Collaborate with Operational colleagues, Solution Owners and Technical teams to scope new requirements for global and local operations solutions
Assist workforce management team and data analytics team to develop operational management tools, reports and dashboards
Support/Embed an innovation and continuous improvement culture throughout operations


What you bring:

The ideal Business Change Manager will bring significant business experience in a variety of roles that bring both commercial, strategic and transformation / project delivery experience. You will have evidence of driving commercial value, improving business development processes, business strategy, planning and the tools used. Your experience of major programme and system delivery will be crucial in this role as well as your proven ability to bring ideas from conception to delivery. Your strong business acumen and understanding of large financial services organisations will be key to your success in this role.



Demonstrable experience of lean process, agile approach, continuous improvement and services designed around need of the customer
End User/Manager Experience of Salesforce-based business solutions
Experience of full system development lifecycle from Business Management perspective rather than IT delivery side.
Strong analytical and organisational skills with excellent verbal and written ability
Understanding the motivation levers for key stakeholders based on benefits to be realized
Ability to work with colleagues at all levels
