My client is leading specialist insurance group who are in an exciting period of growth. They are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Executive to lead and grow their commercial renewals team. They require a capable professional who excels in the complexities of commercial insurance, possesses strong leadership skills, and has a proven track record in customer relationship management.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure timely responses to client queries and accurate documentation of communication through their systems. • Enable your team to provide expert advice to customers regarding policy cover, claims, terms and conditions to ensure customer satisfaction. • Support your team in handling renewals and guide them to achieve key objectives and targets. • Review proposals and make insurance cover recommendations based on customer information, ensuring consistently high-quality brokering services. • You will play a pivot role in growing the team.
Skills and Experience
• Demonstrated success in providing advice for commercial insurance brokering customers, both face-to-face and over the phone. • Proven ability to retain customers within the commercial insurance renewals environment. • Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Efficient management of high volumes of enquiries with timely and professional responses. • Experience in planning, delivering, and reviewing renewals plans, overseeing teams to meet customer needs. • Strong leadership skills with prior experience in managing commercial insurance renewals teams. • Diploma from CII or above is required; knowledge of Acturis is advantageous, but training will be provided for other brokerage systems.

The role of Accounts Executive in Milton Keynes is offered with a salary between £50K - £55K, bonus and hybrid working
