An excellent opportunity is available with a most respected insurance business based in Birmingham City Centre for a Pensions Team Manager on an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave in the life and pensions department managing a team of ten.
The pensions team administer a wide range of pension processes from the receipt of a New Business application to the payment of a pension as well as any customer requests to make amendments to their pension plan.

The Pensions Team Manage will have pensions experience , ideally gained in an insurance background or wider financial service would be considered and hold CII Certificate in Financial Administration. You will be highly motivated towards the delivery of market leading customer service and have experience of managing teams with ability to motivate and lead others in a positive and enabling manner. You will be able to communicate with staff at all levels in an open and straightforward manner and recognise and reward good performance. You will have ability to keep abreast of changes within the industry that have a positive impact on the provision of market leading service.
