A leading financial institution is seeking a Vice President Liquidity Regulatory Reporting to join their London-based EMEA Regulatory Reporting team. This pivotal role offers you the opportunity to shape liquidity reporting processes for multiple UK entities, including supporting branches across the region.

What you'll do:

  • Produce and review liquidity regulatory reports for UK entities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with local regulations such as PRA, FCA, and Bank of England requirements.
  • Maintain strong controls across all reporting outputs to support both external regulatory compliance and internal business needs.
  • Deliver compliant external and internal reports within agreed deadlines and standards, providing clear business-led analysis and management information to support decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for ongoing improvement in processes and controls related to liquidity regulatory outcomes by collaborating with the Change team.
  • Develop dependable working relationships with key stakeholders including Front Office, Risk Management, Treasury, and other relevant teams to facilitate effective communication of liquidity information.
  • Contribute actively to the regulatory interpretation process by staying up-to-date with developments impacting liquidity requirements and aligning processes accordingly.
  • Communicate progress on liquidity regulatory reporting efficiently to management, escalating issues that require attention in a timely manner.
  • Support other entities and branches across EMEA as required by providing expert guidance on liquidity reporting matters.
  • Monitor key ratios daily as part of the broader scope of prudential, statistical, and risk-related reporting disciplines.
  • Participate in the production of COREP submissions (Own Funds, Large Exposures, Liquidity), Pillar 3 disclosures, PRA/FCA Prudential returns, and Bank of England Statistical Returns.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is required for this position.
  • Extensive experience within the financial services industry focusing on liquidity regulatory reporting is essential.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of key liquidity ratios (LCR/NSFR/PRA110/ALMM/Asset Encumbrance/MIF002) along with hands-on experience producing all relevant returns is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record managing stakeholder relationships across multiple departments including Front Office, Risk Management, Treasury, and Change functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process improvement through enhanced policies, systems, or procedures within a regulated environment.
  • Strong analytical skills enabling you to understand complex technical problems and develop high-value solutions that benefit both compliance outcomes and business objectives.
  • Good understanding of banking products as well as capital markets instruments relevant to liquidity reporting requirements is important.
