An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Graduate Analysts to join a highly respected global investment and advisory group, based in London. This fixed-term contract offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in alternative investments, supporting fundraising, portfolio management, and client servicing activities. The organisation is renowned for its commitment to sustainability, diversity, and professional growth, providing a welcoming environment where your contributions are valued and your development is prioritised. You will be part of a knowledgeable team that works across continents, serving institutional investors and making a positive impact on clients, people, and society. With access to tailored professional development plans and generous benefits including pension matching and learning opportunities, this role is perfect for those looking to launch their career in asset management while making a meaningful difference.

* Join an international investment group with over 25 years of expertise in alternative assets, offering exposure to global markets and diverse portfolios.

* Benefit from a supportive culture focused on teamwork, continuous learning, and personal growth through tailored professional development plans and training opportunities.

* Enjoy flexible working arrangements and generous benefits such as pension matching and a benefits allowance, all within an inclusive environment that values sustainability and diversity.

What You'll Do:

As a Graduate Analyst, you will play an integral role in supporting both client-facing activities and internal portfolio management processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with experienced professionals to deliver high-quality analysis of investments while developing your understanding of global markets. You will be expected to communicate complex concepts clearly to clients through written reports and presentations, respond thoughtfully to queries from prospective investors, and contribute meaningfully to team projects. Success in this position requires attention to detail when managing databases for performance analysis as well as enthusiasm for learning about sustainable investment practices. By working together with colleagues across different functions, you will help drive positive outcomes for clients while building strong relationships within the organisation.

What You’ll Bring:

To excel as a Graduate Analyst in this role, you will bring proven academic achievement alongside practical skills developed either through internships or relevant work experience. Your ability to analyse financial data using advanced Excel techniques will enable you to support portfolio evaluations efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills are essential—not only for collaborating within the team but also for communicating complex investment concepts externally. You should have demonstrated adaptability when faced with new challenges or unfamiliar subject matter, showing enthusiasm for continuous improvement. Experience in asset management or consulting would be advantageous but candidates from natural resources or environmental backgrounds who possess analytical capabilities are equally encouraged. Above all else, your dependability in delivering accurate work combined with your willingness to learn will set you apart.

* Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Economics or related discipline; alternatively Data Analytics or Natural Resources/Environment-related fields are welcomed.

* Some prior experience working in asset management, consulting or another relevant industry is desirable but not essential if you can demonstrate transferable skills.

* Advanced Excel modelling abilities paired with proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation are required for effective analysis and communication.

* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are necessary for producing client-ready materials and articulating complex ideas clearly.

* A collaborative approach to teamwork is vital; you should be able to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels as well as external advisors.

* Commitment to continuous learning is important; you should be open-minded about challenging existing practices while embracing new knowledge.

* Ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively by demonstrating empathy, sensitivity, and sound judgement in interactions.

* Business acumen is valued; you should strive for mutually beneficial outcomes when making decisions related to investments or client service.

* Attention to detail is crucial when maintaining databases or preparing reports so that information remains accurate at all times.
