What you'll do:

As Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing both routine and complex financial operations within the family office. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing detailed weekly reports using Excel, overseeing comprehensive bookkeeping activities, and managing payment processes that span multiple asset classes and international locations. You will be entrusted with facilitating fund movements between onshore and offshore structures, always ensuring that each transaction is fully documented with supporting resolutions and audit trails. In addition to these core duties, you will collaborate with external fund administration firms at junior levels when necessary, assist in preparing materials for audits or regulatory reviews, and provide timely financial information to senior partners.
