Finance Advisor

Finance Advisor Location: Northwich Salary: 18k-21k Permanent Vacancy The Finance Advisor will be sat within the processing team and will be taking an active part in the day to day running of the bank. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a financial services company and be driven to progress within the industry.

Job Description:
· Manage inbound and make outbound telephone calls and deal with queries according to the company SLA.
· Issue audit responses where requested by internal or external parties.
· Review any new account opening documentation received from Front Office teams.
· Send customer documentation including statements and process the monthly account maintenance charges to customer accounts.
· Create new Customer Identification Files and new customer accounts.
· Process new applications using Customer Due Diligence checks and issuing the appropriate correspondence to customers.
· Ensure that all of the Bank’s Anti-Money Laundering, KYC and CDD requirements are met and all relevant searches are carried out.
· Support the team; helping to ensure that all areas of work within the team are dealt with accurately and in a timely manner

Person Specification:
· Customer Service experience preferred.
· Degree level of education relevant to the industry.
· Someone with a keen eye for detail and accurate and timely data inputting and administration.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Outstanding Problem Solving skills.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team and;
· Ability to work and communicate effectively with other areas of the bank including Compliance, Risk, Settlements and Relationship Management Team.
