Fund Sales Associate

We are working exclusively with a Private Credit UK Real Estate Firm to find a Fund Sales Associate. They are a emerging fund, with an impressive trajectory. To support this growth, they are looking someone to support the the Head of Funds and IR in fund raising. This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting the capital-raising function, managing relationships with existing investors, and identifying new sources of private and institutional capital.

Key responsibilities:

Capital Raising & Business Development

  • Assisting in the execution of the firm’s fundraising strategy across UHNWIs, Family Offices, Pension and Insurance Institutes, Wealth Managers
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM to track the investor pipeline and follow-up actions.
  • Conducting market research to identify new potential capital partners interested in the UK real estate space
  • Monitoring inbound leads from marketing activity, events, and website enquiries, ensuring timely follow‑up.
  • Active Out-bound engagement to source new Investors, Linkedin, events, third party research.

Sales Collateral & Marketing

  • Collaborating with the lending team to translate deal-flow data into compelling marketing materials (PPMs, Teasers, and Pitch Decks).
  • Ensuring all sales communications are compliant with FCA financial promotion regulations
  • Adapting company marketing materials where appropriate
  • Responding to inbound client queries regarding fund performance, product features, documentation, and operational processes.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Minimum 2:1 academic degree with demonstrated academic excellence
  • Knowledge and interest in the UK residential property market
  • Excellent communication and commercial skills
  • Strong numerical skills and proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint (for Pitch decks)
  • Diligent and precise, with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive with the ability to anticipate challenges and take initiative to solve problems
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-growing environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Has some exposure to operating in or is already FCA regulated in some capacity
