What you'll do:

As the Head of Credit Trading for the European High Yield Desk, your primary responsibility will be leading a dedicated team in making markets within this sector. You will provide consistent and competitive liquidity to Financial Markets clients, contributing to stable sustainable revenue. Your role will also involve supporting DCM on secondary market liquidity on issuances, pricing, and other market information. Identifying opportunities to increase market share and promoting the Credit Trading franchise will be key aspects of your role. A deep understanding of credit research will enable you to form informed views on issuers.

• Lead a team making markets in European HY
• Provide liquidity competitively and consistently to Financial Markets clients
• Support DCM on secondary market liquidity on issuances and pricing & other market information
• Identify opportunities to increase market share and promote the Credit Trading franchise
• Understand credit research and form a credit view on issuers
• Interact regularly with Sales, Research and Risk Management functions

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Head of Credit Trading position brings extensive experience in European High Yield credit trading, with a minimum of 5 years in the field. A good understanding of CDS products is essential. You possess a 'can do' attitude marked by positivity, adaptability, and resilience. Your communication skills are clear, concise, and transparent. • Minimum 5 years’ European High Yield credit trading experience
• Good understanding of CDS products
