What you'll do:
As a Senior Portfolio Manager - Structurer, your role will be central to our client's operations. You will lead the design and execution of asset-backed financing structures that not only meet investor needs but also manage risk effectively. Your innovative ideas for new financing and distribution will be highly valued. You'll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that transaction documentation aligns with the agreed structure. Your ability to develop compelling investor relations materials will be crucial in attracting and retaining clients. With full oversight of the portfolio, you'll manage amendments and surveillance within your team while maintaining all regulatory requirements.
- Design and execute asset-backed financing structures to meet investor needs while managing risk
- Originate new financing and distribution ideas for new and prospective investors
- Conduct financial modelling, structural and collateral due diligence for ABS transactions
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure transaction documentation aligns with agreed structure
- Develop investor relations materials and presentations for clients
- Oversee and manage the portfolio, including amendments and surveillance within the team
- Maintain all regulatory requirements set out by the Treasury Authority regarding credit risk, liquidity, and market risk
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Portfolio Manager - Structurer role brings a wealth of skills and experience. You have strong communication skills with proven experience communicating complex transactions to C-suite executives. Your background in Investment Banking or Buy-side experience within Structuring sets you apart. You're open to working in an AI-enabled organization and have demonstrated success in managing teams. Your relevant Degree or CFA qualification underpins your knowledge of Capital Markets and financial modelling skills. You're a team player, able to work collaboratively in an international environment. Your marketing, presentation, and distribution skills are top-notch, and you have strong analytical skills, particularly in cash-flow modelling. Lastly, your knowledge of corporate banking, credit products, and other funding alternatives will be invaluable in this role.
