My client are a leading global financial services group with an established presence in EMEA, seeking a highly motivated Equity Solutions Origination professional to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Originate and sell equity derivative solutions across a full product suite.
  • Develop and manage relationships with sponsors, institutions, and hedge funds.
  • Structure and price complex trades including bank syndications, margin loans, and risk syndications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across sales, trading, product, and technology.
  • Analyze market trends and contribute to shaping future investment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Equity Derivatives coverage with a proven track record.
  • Deep understanding of structured products, derivatives, and fund financing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build strong relationships.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
