What you'll do:
As an Associate in TMT Corporate Finance, your role will be pivotal in delivering integrated financial solutions to our client's corporate and institutional base. You will be involved in producing marketing materials, building models, undertaking pitch work, assisting seniors on executing transactions, among other responsibilities. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to liaise closely with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Your keen eye for detail will be crucial in monitoring the quality of output from Analysts. This role provides an exciting opportunity to build relationships with market counterparts and peers while representing the company professionally.
- Producing marketing materials, building models and general analysis under the direction of a senior banker
- Undertaking and managing pitch and valuation work undertaken by other team juniors
- Assisting team seniors on executing transactions, including transaction structuring, process management and driving deal execution
- Being responsible for financial analysis, cash flow modelling and business valuations and/or credit analysis, distribution and syndication in marketing and transaction execution activities
- Liaising closely with colleagues in other departments to deliver integrated solutions to clients
- Acting as a point of learning for Analysts and monitoring quality and accuracy of their output
- Representing professionally at site visits, management presentations and client meetings while starting to build relationships with market counterparties and peers
- Maintaining and strengthening contacts within relevant stakeholder teams at all levels
What you bring:
As an Associate in TMT Corporate Finance, you bring a wealth of experience to the table. With a minimum 2:1 degree classification and 4-6 years of M&A experience under your belt, you are well-equipped to handle the demands of this role. Your specific knowledge in TMT sets you apart from others. Your excellent communication skills allow you to effectively liaise with colleagues across departments as well as interact professionally with clients. Your strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset enable you to tackle complex financial challenges with ease.
