What you'll do:


As the Vice President of Corporate Finance, you will play a pivotal role in leading key corporate financial planning processes and strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing the company's corporate finance strategy, enhancing financial systems, managing capital allocation, overseeing investor relations, coordinating board meetings, and liaising with the business intelligence team. You will also be involved in financial reporting, risk management, advising senior management on financial strategies, and deal-making that optimizes the company's performance and growth.

  • Develop and execute the company's corporate finance strategy
  • Enhance and refine financial systems and procedures
  • Design business development activities including the preparation of pitch meetings with existing and target investors
  • Manage capital allocation across international subsidiaries and projects
  • Oversee investor relations function, ensuring effective communication and engagement with Investors, analysts, and financial institutions
  • Coordinate the preparation of pre-meeting board packs
  • Liaise with business intelligence team to develop and manage robust performance monitoring metrics


What you bring:


The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Corporate Finance position brings a wealth of experience in corporate finance or VC/PE. You have a strong financial modelling skillset with proficiency in tools like Excel, Bloomberg, ERP systems. Your knowledge extends to financial benchmarking, accounting, audit and tax compliance among other regulatory matters. As an effective communicator with strong people management skills, you're able to lead cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals. Your ability to take initiative with research and analysis sets you apart.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field; MBA or relevant professional certifications e.g. CFA preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in areas such as transactional corporate finance or VC/PE
  • Strong financial modelling skillset with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, ERP systems)
  • In-depth knowledge of financial benchmarking, accounting, audit and tax compliance and other regulatory matters
  • Effective communicator with strong people management skills
  • Ability to take initiative with research and analysis
