Our client is seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage relationships with key account holders, ensuring the provision of timely banking services and maximising volumes, revenues, and profits. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient, friendly, and quality service to customers while proactively marketing the Group’s products to increase sales volume and profitability. This role is based in London and offers a competitive salary of £90,000.

What you'll do:


As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with key account holders. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely provision of banking services while maximizing volumes, revenues, and profits. You will also be tasked with proactively marketing the Group’s products to increase sales volume and profitability. Your excellent customer service skills will be crucial in providing efficient, friendly, and quality service to customers. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with their queries about various products and services offered by the bank.

* Assist customers in all their queries on Bank’s product and seek solution to their requests
* Maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments/ units


What you bring:


The ideal candidate for this Relationship Manager position brings a wealth of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank. You possess excellent oral and written communication skills, including report writing abilities. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills are complemented by your decision-making ability. A working knowledge of banking products and marketing is essential for this role. You are highly customer-oriented with outstanding interpersonal skills. Your ability to work in teams from diverse cultural backgrounds will be crucial in this role.
