- Experience of Wealth Management, Private Banking or Wealth focused 3rd parties.
- Strong written and Verbal communication for production of varying Reports, Presentations and Client Interaction.
- CRM exposure

- Past experience in a Client/ Sales Support / RFP / RFI / DDQ position.
Specific duties and responsibilities include:
Investment Management and Analysis– Analyse portfolios from a risk and return perspective, conduct due diligence on underlying investments, help to carry out portfolio simulations and assist with ad hoc data queries, including but not limited to model portfolio and fund information
Performance Analysis - Maintain and improve internal and external performance reports
Data and Documentation Integrity - Maintain and improve all security, fund and product data across all databases and applications; Responsible for maintaining all required files and records for compliance purposes (incl. KIID, Prospectus, DDQ etc.)
Client Support - Assist Wealth Management Pods with ad hoc data queries, including but not limited to client specific analysis
Marketing Support - Assist investment management team and marketing department in the creation and maintenance of client facing materials
Process/Procedures - Create efficiencies by automating existing processes; maintain and improve workflow procedures
Mastery/Knowledge - Stay up to date on relevant academic and industry publications; maintain a high degree of technical knowledge relating to core securities we use in our models
Bond/Stock Portfolio Construction – Assist in reviewing the bonds that are due to mature and thereby find a qualified replacement to the matured bonds or construct a new Bond portfolio; maintain our single stock models
