Compliance Manager Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Manager to join their Risk & Compliance Department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance the strong R&C culture within the organisation, providing proactive advisory services that support the UK R&C Team, Money Laundering Compliance Officer and Compliance & Nominated Officers. The successful candidate will have the chance to mentor and train junior staff members, helping to achieve team objectives in a hybrid workplace structure. * Opportunity to develop and execute risk and compliance strategies * Supervise a team of compliance professionals * Develop relationships with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders

What you'll do:

As a Compliance Manager, your role will be pivotal in enhancing the strong R&C culture within the organisation. You will be responsible for developing and executing risk and compliance strategies that align with organisational goals. Your excellent leadership skills will be utilised as you supervise a team of compliance professionals, guiding them through complex issues. You will conduct high-level risk assessments, ensuring comprehensive mitigation plans are in place. Your role will also involve developing effective relationships with regulatory bodies and other external stakeholders.
