This role offers the chance to ensure ethical marketing practices and uphold the highest standards of compliance within a dynamic financial services organisation. What you'll do:
As a Senior Manager for Marketing Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our client's operations. You will translate complex legal jargon into actionable guidelines for the marketing team, scrutinise marketing materials for compliance with regulatory standards, and foster a culture of compliance awareness throughout the organisation. Your collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams will be crucial in developing compliant marketing strategies. Regular risk assessments will fall under your remit, ensuring that any potential compliance gaps are swiftly identified and addressed. Staying abreast of industry trends will enable you to enhance the firm’s marketing compliance practices.

* Monitor and interpret relevant marketing regulations set by governing bodies such as the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).
* Review marketing collateral, campaigns, and other client communications to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Provide guidance and training to the Marketing and Commercial team on regulatory requirements, best practices and potential compliance risks.
* Collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance teams to address regulatory issues related to Marketing and Commercial activities.
* Conduct regular risk assessments of marketing activities to identify potential compliance gaps or areas of concern.
* Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in marketing governance and regulations within the wealth management sector.


What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Senior Manager for Marketing Compliance role brings a wealth of experience in marketing compliance or regulatory affairs within the financial services industry. You possess an in-depth understanding of the regulatory frameworks governing financial services marketing in the UK. Your strong analytical skills enable you to interpret complex regulatory requirements and apply them to practical marketing scenarios.
