As a result of internal progression, we are excited to be supporting a fantastic Financial Services business on the search for a part-time Compliance Manager based out of their Milton Keynes office offering great hybrid working options.

This vital role will be responsible for meeting the business' FCA regulatory requirements and is offering a real opportunity to influence a large business and their direction.

Further key responsibilities include:

• Working collaboratively alongside Managing Directors for both company streams
• Providing coaching and education to the business on processes requirements in line with FCA
• Maintain regulatory compliance to FCA, ICO and other regulatory bodies
• Ensure all relevant individuals are FCA regulated and uphold their certification
• Completion and recording of all necessary file checks

You will ideally possess a strong technical background with a proven track record of educating internal stakeholders around GDPR regulations and FCA regulatory requirements. You will ideally come with experience within a similar role within another FCA regulated Insurance or Financial Services business.

This Compliance Manager opportunity is a part-time, permanent position which will offer you a salary of up to £70k (pro-rata) plus a strong benefits package as well as a favourable hybrid working model out of a Central Milton Keynes office. This is a part-time role (27.5 hours) which is offering flexible splits including a shorter day 5 day week or 3 full days - depending on what works best for the successful candidate.
