An excellent opportunity is available with a most respected Financial Services business based in Wolverhampton for a Regulatory Advisor to undertake a range of activities across the HR spectrum.You will be responsible for managing and ensuring the delivery of HR regulatory and reporting responsibilities under the PRA and FCA including the Senior Management Regime and the Certification Regime.
- Managing and ensuring the delivery of HR regulatory and reporting responsibilities under the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
- Maintain expertise in relation to rules around Senior Management Regime (SMR), the Certification Regime (CR) and remuneration
- Keep abreast of regulations
- Ensure HR team meets its obligations under the regimes and the requirements of the regulatory system
The Regulatory Advisor will have previous experience of working within a similar role and possess up to date knowledge of relevant PRA and FCA requirements and the ability to transfer regulation in to practice. You will have excellent communication skills, organisational skills and prioritisation skills.
