Temporary Treasurer - 3 months+ - Warrington Based Hybrid Role - up to £50,000 equivalent salary

I am excited to be working alongside a rapidly growing organisation based in Warrington, Cheshire. This company has seen year-on-year growth in both head-count and profit. Due to continued increase in workload, this specialist services company are seeking a temporary Treasurer to join their established finance team. This will be a fast-paced role and will require somebody adaptable, somebody able to come in and hit the ground running.

You will work a hybrid schedule once trained. This role will have possible permanent opportunities if that is something you would be interested in.

Key duties of this role will include:

  • Creating and presenting reports of the company's forecasted financials
  • Performing risk assessments on various company projects
  • Speaking with creditors and lendors and negotiating terms
  • Assisting with the development of financial strategies and policies
  • Daily and weekly cash flow forecasting and reporting
  • Working closely on complex Excel spreadsheets
  • Banking and protection of company funds

Please note these duties are not exhaustive - this is a complex and adaptive role.

In order to be considered for this role you will:

  • Be available for an immediate start
  • Have experience with daily cash flow forecasting and reporting
  • Be at an Advanced level on Excel
  • Have previous experience in a similar Treasury role
