TREASURY PROCESS LEAD
Circa £75,000 - £80,000 plus bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Treasury Process Lead to join a leading defence organisation based in Hertfordshire. This role is pivotal in the roll-out of S/4HANA across the treasury teams, replacing a range of bespoke systems currently in use. The successful candidate will be working with international teams and banking partners, managing key stakeholders and communicating a vision for the deployment of the new system. This role offers dynamic hybrid working, with 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification plus some international travel.
What you'll do:
As a Treasury Process Lead, your role will be central to the transformation of our client's treasury operations. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition to S/4HANA across various national companies, while respecting local legal and regulatory requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage key stakeholders will be crucial in delivering a successful solution. You will also have the opportunity to shape future processes by identifying areas for improvement and maximising the benefits of S/4HANA.
* Ensure successful roll out of S/4HANA across treasury teams in multiple countries
* Work closely with Group treasury teams, the core team, Systems Integrator and banking partners
* Communicate a vision for the deployment of the new system and support teams in maximising its use
* Represent Treasury within the core Finance team and ensure Treasury requirements are considered in the wider programme roll out
* Identify opportunities to improve Treasury processes and maximise benefits of S/4HANA within the Treasury team
* Work with external banking partners to deliver Multi-Bank Connectivity capability
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Treasury Process Lead position brings significant experience from a treasury role within a large multinational company. Your familiarity with S/4HANA or other SAP products will be invaluable as you lead the implementation process. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to articulate your vision clearly and manage key stakeholders effectively. Your ability to make informed decisions even when faced with limited information will be crucial in driving change.
* Experience in a Treasury role
* Knowledge of S/4HANA and/or other SAP products, ideally with Treasury relevant elements
* Ability to define and articulate a vision
* Experience in a large multi-national company
* Excellent communication and planning skills
* Comfortable making decisions for change where limited information may be available
