We’re on the lookout for someone who’s ready to take the reins and lead a team of 10 billing professionals in our Warrington office. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the billing team, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy across all billing activities. You’ll be a natural leader, able to motivate and develop your team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment where everyone can thrive.

We’re looking for someone with strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel. You’ll need to be confident using Excel at an intermediate level, as analysing data, creating reports, and improving processes will be key parts of your role. Attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to problem-solve and think critically when challenges arise.
