The Role:

As Managing Partner, you will be responsible for building and leading the firm’s presence in Manchester and across the UK. This high-profile position offers the chance to develop a team, cultivate client relationships, and shape the strategic direction of the office. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the launch of the Manchester office, including recruitment, operations setup, and market positioning.
• Building strong relationships with private equity firms and other key stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Delivering tailored financial consulting services to clients, leveraging global expertise.
• Driving revenue growth while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Acting as a thought leader in the industry, representing the firm at events and forums.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an entrepreneurial leader with:

• Big 4 training and significant post-qualified experience (ACA/ACCA).
• Proven leader, ideally experience at Partner level
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving business growth.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
• A passion for innovation and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
