You would play a part in the development and execution of the businesses finance strategy, debt capital raising, restructuring and re-financing.
The offices are based in Central London and the business are working on a hybrid model of 2/3 days office and 2 days working from home. You will play a commercial part in an exciting business, using key skills in modelling, giving presentation and drafting and reviewing term sheets.
Key parts of the project finance lead will include;
- Contribute to all aspects of the deal cycle
- Preparing presentations
- Drafting and reviewing term sheets
- Financial modelling
- Communication with lenders and advisors
- Negotiation on the full set of loan documentation
The project finance lead will be;
- Strong in financial modelling
- Fluent in English and German, written and spoken
- Experience executing project finance or M&A transactions
- Experience in solar/renewables
