A leading UK financial services company are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their offices based in Altrincham.
- To create and maintain employee records.
- To process employees leaving the business.
- To process data in accordance with sickness and absence procedures.
- To ensure car parking, bus pass and metro deductions are correct and liaise with external providers.
- To input information onto the Payroll/HR system and Excel spreadsheets.
- To ensure that all information required is received on a timely basis and meet tight deadlines.
- To ensure that an effective and efficient service is provided to meet the needs of employees and external organisations.
- To guarantee that confidentiality is maintained at all times to comply with GDPR.
- To undertake general administrative duties i.e. scanning, daily post etc.
- Ideally have worked within a payroll departments.
- Good attention to detail.
