A Recruitment business based in Central London are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for at least 12 months. Working in their fantastic offices in Central London, the Payroll Administrator will be working in a team of 5 in Payroll, reporting to the Payroll Manager.
The daily responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator will include the following duties:
- Processing the weekly payroll for the companies temporary workers
- Calculating IR35 deductions as well as processing payments
- Communicating with umbrella companies about compliance rules and regulations
- Arranging advanced payments for temporary workers from umbrella companies
- Dealing with any payroll queries and dealing with any discrepancies
The ideal Payroll Administrator will already have experience in processing weekly payroll in a fast paced environment. You must also have good Excel and communication skills.
