The role is a French speaking Payroll specialist, working for a successful and expanding international retail and wholesale business based in Tottenham Court Road. They have recently hired a number of high calibre retail finance professionals as part of their aggressive growth plans and continue to do so. You will be working as part of a young, dynamic and lively, down to earth environment.
The purpose of the French speaking Payroll specialist is to assist the Payroll Coordinator in processing the UK and European payrolls accurately and on time. Mostly this role will be administering, checking and ensuring legal compliance for France SAS, DUK, and Mainland European payrolls.
Administrating monthly, quarterly and annual all 3rd party declarations/payments e.g. meal tickets, Garnishee’s, Pension etc
Maintain monthly and quarterly payroll accruals e.g. Bonus, 13th/14th Month, Vacation
Collating variable data from numerous sources, whilst performing a reasonable check to ensure what is processed is accurate and approved
Processing and checking of the France SAS, DUK and mainland European retail payrolls (Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland
