Robert Walters have partnered up with a leading food distribution company who are looking to source a French speaking payroll coordinator.
Are you a payroll coordinator seeking a new and exciting challenge? Are you French speaking with an appetite to join a fast-paced working environment? If so, my client is globally recognised and due to natural growth, they are seeking a switched on and confident French speaking payroll coordinator.
Reporting into the payroll manager, you will responsible for the French speaking countries to carry out the payroll function ensuring an accurate and timely delivery of the payrolls. Furthermore, your key tasks include:
- Looking after three payrolls
- Ensuring payroll records are updated as and when required
- Assisting with the process of P60’s and P45’s
- Dealing with payroll queries
- Liaising with HR on Payroll issues
The ideal candidate will be French speaking with at least three years’ experience working in payroll. You will be confident, highly organised and professional. Furthermore, the individual will have initiative to work on their own and be a self-starter. Finally, your attention to detail with be exceptional, you’re able to work with tight deadlines and lastly be a team player.
Please note that candidates on a short notice or immediately available will be highly preferable.
On offer is a salary of £35,000
