Senior Payroll Assistant, upto £28,000 per annum plus competitive benefits package. Role to support the well established payroll team and to drive and implement to the payroll process.
Robert Walters are currently recruit a Senior Payroll Assistant to join a market leading service provider based in North Yorkshire.
In the role of Senior Payroll Assistant you will be working for a business with an excellent reputation in its market you will be required support a well established and experienced payroll team ensuring the accurate and timely payment of a number of both temporary and permanent payroll. You will work closely with the Head of Payroll to drive efficiency's and implement improvements to the process ensuring a more efficient and controlled operation.
You will have previous experience of coaching and mentoring team members to ensure all service targets are consistently met / exceeded whilst providing the highest level of customer service. You will be customer and business focused and be able to develop good working relationships with external stakeholders and other internal departments and across the wider finance function.
