Robert Walters are proud to be representing an expanding business who are now recruiting for a full-time Senior Accounts Assistant, who will play a key role in all things Accounts! The role is predominantly Monday – Friday, with an option to choose your hours between 08:00am-18:00pm as long as 40hrs are worked.
Key responsibilities
-Completion of daily banking.
- Reconciliation of cash, card, voucher and electronic payments.
- Daily trial balance reconciliation.
- Daily revenue audit.
- Petty cash reconciliation.
- Office administration, invoice filing, scanning and archiving.
- All aspects of purchase ledger.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Ad-hoc duties if required
Key Requirements
. Experience of Sage 200 software is desirable.
· Exceptional attention to detail and precision to data entry.
· A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
· Organised
· Previous experience working in an Accounts Assistant role
